I’m Nicolas Mendez, and this is my family. My wife, our three dogs, and I live in Amherst. I’m the person behind James River Business Systems.

I’ve spent about twenty-two years using computers to get practical work done, and nine years doing that professionally. My work spans business analysis, development, help desk, hands-on support, and solution design.

I’ve worked across mechanics shops, real estate, fitness, pharmacies, banks, healthcare, local government, call centers, and finance teams.

For a long time, I’ve been the person people call when something isn’t working. Now I’m ready to be that person for the businesses in our community.
